Q: I am trying to install the plugin "Medma Copy/Delete Custom Options" for my customer's site but it gave me an error "CONNECT ERROR: Unsupported resource type." so I was unable to install or use the plugin. It also cause the site to go down show a 503 error. The owner of the site will be contacting the host to remove the 503 error, until then this is all the info I can provide about the problem.
