Q: After installing this extension (Copy/Delete Custom Options on Multiple Products) on the website, there is some AJAX error on the product page (a new product link is seen in the footer). How to solve this issue ?


A: Please use the latest version of this extension. This will solve the issue. 



Q: When trying to copy Custom Options of type 'Drop-down', the following error message shows up: 

"Error status from Ajax 2: 503-Service Unavailable". 


A: This happens when the Price Type field on custom options is not selected. Follow the below steps to resolve this issue: 

  1. Edit the product in the admin panel, from which custom options are to be copied,. 
  2. Then select Price Type as 'Fixed' or 'Percent' and save the product. 
  3. Now copy the options from that Product to other Products.
