A: These asked updates and changes cannot be done through this marketplace extension as it is upto the main admin on how to design the web-page.
Q: Where can the website admin view the list of products for a specific vendor and pending products in Marketplace extension ?
A: In order to view the list of products for a specific vendor and pending products, navigate to Medma > Marketplace > Configurations > Manage Vendors in the admin panel. Under each vendor there is a "Products" link, listing all the products of that vendor.
Q: How do I see sales of vendors by my administration panel?
A: You can see the sales of vendors by your admin panel through the following path:
Vendors→orders→sales>orders
Q: Can the admin choose some vendors products to be shown in the home page?
A: Currently, we have created block which we can add to home page, where customer can see all the vendors with recent four products in the block. We can customize this block too as per requirements.
Q: Is it possible for the admin to charge different fee amount to different vendors? (vendors groups)
A: We haven't use vendor group concept, but vendor can set the different commission rates for different vendors in admin section, which will be changed only by admin.
Q: How can an Admin create a Vendor and and a product in vendors account.
A: There is an option to manage vendors in admin section. Please find vendor section in Medma Extension > MarketPlace > Manage Vendors.
Q: Installed medma marketplace extension for magento it shows error when clicking the 'config' link under vendors in magento admin panel. What to do?
A: There must be something wrong with database setup... some database column seems not created.
